Moth was founded in 2010 by directors Daniel Chester, Marie-Margaux Tsakiri-Scanatovits and David Prosser to share their love of storytelling, drawing and filmmaking through animation.
Graduating together from the Royal College of Art in London, they started as a collective before becoming a full time studio in 2015. Moth is known for its perceptive and emotive storytelling with a strong emphasis on character design as communication.
They have worked with a diverse range of clients including Netflix, The New York Times, Google, Marie Curie and Spotify. They love embracing new approaches and through collaboration creating vivid work that maintains a smart and distinct voice.
During The Art Department they’ll dive into their short film ‘Monument Valley III: Lighthouse’ for ustwo games and Netflix games.
