Fortiche is a production company and creative studio that is able to take in charge of every step of film animation. They master all stages of design and manufacture, with always the same passion. Their most recent project, ARCANE series is a collaboration with the well known RIOT Games, which released on Netflix.
Based in Paris, Montpellier, and Las Palmas (Spain), Fortiche‘s ambition knows no limits, and neither does their talent! Producers, directors, storyboard artists, animators, compositors, and editors all work together in-house from concept to final project delivery. The studio’s unique graphic style, blending 2D and 3D media, is at the heart of the #ForticheTouch.
For The Art Department 2025, we are excited to welcome Anne-Laure To, a development artist, matte painter, and art supervisor at Fortiche. With over 15 years of experience, Anne-Laure has worked on major projects such as Arcane, where she contributed to the color script and color keys, and Rise (League of Legends music video). She has also worked on films like Sahara and Binky Nelson Unpacified.
Also joining us is Etienne Mattera, the co-director and storyboarder of Arcane Season 2. After studying at Gobelin in Paris, Etienne worked as a storyboarder for several animation studios in France on projects such as Lastman and The Summit of the Gods. He currently works at Fortiche in Paris as both a storyboarder and director.
