In the Dutch film industry, the full potential of inclusion behind the camera remains untapped. It’s our mission to realize this potential in a way that’s both impactful and deliberate.
Our 18-month NPA Fellowship Program is for emerging producers from underrepresented communities who want to tell their own stories their way. We offer professional and personal development, mentorship from established filmmakers, access to funding and networking opportunities. Selected fellows are given the resources needed to gain the necessary skills for an sustainable career in the Dutch film landscape.
