The Kunstenbond (Arts Union) is the Dutch trade union for the cultural and creative sector. We aim for a culture shift within the cultural and creative sector, its audiences, its clients and the society to ensure that fair pay becomes as evident in the cultural and creative sector as it is in other sectors.
