Meet Remus Buznea & Kyriaki Kyriakou, a couple of London-based creative cockroaches disguised as human animation directors. Since joining forces in 2014 to create the award-winning short Dateless, the pair have been consistently punishing the world with their toxic secretions, unleashing a gloriously grotesque mix of surreal humour, warped characters and oddball worlds across work for Adult Swim, Coachella, Warner Bros., TED and Dropout.

Most recently, they brought their signature flair to My Husband – an original short now streaming exclusively on Dropout as part of Toonout, the platform’s home for unhinged shortform animation.

At In Motion, they’ll talk about the various mutations their creative process has undergone throughout their decade spanning career, dissecting the projects that informed the biggest changes.
