We’re beyond excited to announce that LAIKA Studios is joining us at In Motion London 2026.
For nearly two decades, LAIKA has been pushing the boundaries of stop-motion animation – creating handcrafted worlds of extraordinary detail and imagination. From Coraline and ParaNorman to Kubo and the Two Strings, The Boxtrolls and Missing Link, every LAIKA film is a testament to the power of craft, creativity and obsessive attention to detail.
And right now, the studio is in the midst of their most ambitious project yet. Wildwood – based on the bestselling novel by Colin Meloy of The Decemberists and illustrated by Carson Ellis – arrives in theatres on 23 October 2026. A tale of love, loss, sacrifice and the magic you can find on your doorstep, if you’re willing to look for it. With a voice cast including Carey Mulligan, Mahershala Ali, Awkwafina and Angela Bassett, Wildwood is shaping up to be something truly special.
