You know their works, during In Motion London enjoy extra insights into their creative process!
Take a peek at some of the models, sketches andĀ 3D sculptures created by The Line for some of their iconic characters and projects. You can expect items featured in their The Mighty Grand Piton – a short film about a young British girl, Connie, who travels to the Saint Lucia IslandĀ where she accidentally awakens a giant robot.
Also in the expo we’ll showcase artworks that helped built up Cargo – the car chase adventure game where players must outrun and outsmart a collective of gangsters and assassins to save the people of Maranello.
Amaro and Walden, protagonists of the adult comedy series following them as they chase the highs and lows of the modded car scene, will also make a pit stop in our exhibition.
A special treat will be the chance to take Leo’s Red Carpet Rampage for a test. We’ll have an arcade console where you can test this satirical game for yourself. Created in the lead up to the 2017 Academy Awards by Bjorn-Erik Aschim, Max van der Merwe and Sam Taylor, the game features Leonardo DiCaprio on a quest to finally get his hands on an Oscar.
The Line is an animation studio run by animators. Their priority is always the quality of the work. No middle men. No meetings about meetings. Aside from films and commercials, they have worked on interactive projects, VR, 3D, 2D and motion graphics. Their online videos gather over 20 million combined views to date and have received various awards, including 7 Vimeo Staff Picks, a BAFTA nomination for Best Short Film, and awards from the LA Music Video Festival and ADC Young Guns.
