Having joined Larian Studios since 2016, Alena has contributed on titles such as Divinity Original Sin II and Baldur’s Gate 3. She is currently working there as art director. One of her main goals is to develop games with the focus on player experience and also help narratives have a stronger impact with memorable places and characters. She believes it’s important to balance managerial work with hands-on production, to avoid losing touch with reality in this rapidly changing industry.
