SEE:SUN is een illustratiecollectief bestaande uit vijf Nederlandse en twee Koreaanse makers. Ze werken met verschillende illustratiestijlen, met als doel om nieuwe kunstwerken te creëren, variërend van muurschilderingen tot riso prints.

Levi Jacobs
De verfrissende stijl van Levi Jacobs springt meteen in het oog, vooral door zijn gebruik van kleuren en texturen.
Draw Soso
Draw Soso houdt eenvoudige vormen, metaforen en humor. Haar werk bevat een knipoog naar de Nederlandse cultuur en ze hoopt mensen een stukje gelukkiger te maken door middel van illustratie.
Soña Lee
Soña haalt inspiratie uit haar fantasie wereld. Haar unieke beeldtaal is gericht op communicatie tussen de kijkers en haar nieuwsgierige personages.
Ming Sin Ho
De illustraties van Ming bevatten gedurfde kleuren en vreemd ogende personages. Soms klopt het allemaal, maar vaak ook niet.
Kid KURA
Kid KURA creëert unieke situaties en personages die rechtstreeks uit zijn eigen fantasiewereld lijken te komen. Hij is ook de maker van de Flooral tijdens Illustrada!
Lize Prins
Lize werkt voornamelijk digitaal en combineert scherpe lijnen met handgetekende texturen wat leidt tot levendige illustraties met een retro uitstraling.
Sander Ettema
Sander’s werk draait om terugkerende thema’s zoals folklore, sterfelijkheid, angst, nostalgie en games. Elk beeld ontstaat vanuit een onderbuik gevoel. Planning is vrijwel nooit onderdeel van zijn proces.

Levi Jacobs
Levi Jacobs’s style is eye-catching, especially his use of colors and textures which have a refreshing escapist quality.
Draw Soso
Draw Soso loves bloody vivid colors, simple shapes, metaphor and humor. Recently, she deep dives into psychology and human behavior to understand different people and cultures. Her artistic goal is to make people happier through illustration.
Soña Lee
Soña finds her inspiration from her imaginative world. Her unique visual language aims at communication between the viewers and her inventive characters full of curiosity.
Ming Sin Ho
Ming’s illustrations usually contain bold colors with odd-looking characters and surroundings. Sometimes things make sense, but often it also doesn’t.
Kid KURA
Kid KURA creates surreal worlds, characters and situations that seem to come out of his imaginative world. This year, he’s also the artist behind the Flooral at Koningsplein!
Lize Prins
Lize’s work is characterized by her love for colour and different textures and patterns. Working mostly digitally, she combines sharp lines and hand-drawn textures, resulting in colorful lively illustrations with a retro feel.
Sander Ettema
Sander’s work revolves around a few reoccurring themes such as folklore, games, mortality, fear, efficiency and nostalgia. Every image is made from gut feeling and association, planning is hardly ever part of his process.
