Drag story time with House of Salvia

House of Salvia, the Dutch drag house based in Breda will be at library De Nieuwe Veste in Breda to read various stories for the little ones. Identity is a subject throughout the stories they will read because everyone should feel the freedom to be themselves. Afterwards drag queens will do some arts and crafts with the children.

This event is part of the BLEND Breda 2022. Next to a one day festival BLEND consists of various activities in Breda during the month November.

Creative confidence and inclusiveness are key elements in the program of BLEND by Playgrounds. In drag story time initiated by House of Salvia we find a low key way for the youngest to be creative and get to know other perspectives and voices. House of Salvia symbolizes art, love, family and talent.
