The dust has settled. The Art Department | World Tour had ended. We look upon a 24 hour creative madness, buzz and a load of inspiration!
In the end over 3.300 creatives from 116 countries registered the 24 hour livestream of the World Tour. And did you know there are only 195 countries in the whole world? We did not know until we started seeing registrations coming from Barbados, Mongolia and Azerbaijan. And googled “how many countries are there in the world?”. And thousands joined the re-watch the day after.
A simply mind-blowing experience it was for us. We made content during 24 hours. We chatted with hour audience for 24 hours. We drank a zillion coffees. We drank one glass of champagne at the end that floored us.
Highlights for us were the fact that again our audience told us that they are not in the position to travel to one of festivals on location, and appreciate the fact that they can join online now, remote but still connected to likeminded creatives.
Or the baffling moment when we discovered three artists actually stayed awake for the whole 24 hours.
The absolute very insightful discussions our audience had on the live chat during panels about mental health, or the state of the industry in specific part of the world. So many questions and good points were made. We’ll implement this new information and suggestions info our program.
