Editor Iris van den Akker spoils us with yet another gorgeous female creator: Emily Suvanvej.
Iris: “Emily is a multi-disciplinary artist. She mostly works with paper and stop-motion, but she’s also an art director, set designer and graphic designer. She
worked on awesome projects such as a videoclip for Fergie set completely in pastel colors with a barbiedoll-vibe, making paper sculptures for Samsung, and creating commercials for Dropbox.
Suvanvej’s style is versatile, yet recognizable. Her use of pastel colors is very classy and her personal work is awesome: such great use of geometry! It’s retro, but so modern! I love her work and hope to see many great things from her next.”
