You+Pea is not your average Architectural Design Studio. Founded by Sandra Youkhana and Luke Caspar Pearson, You+Pea explores the integration of videogame technologies into architectural design, leading conversations on how games can engage new participants in the design of cities.
You+Pea has made worldwide name and taught the matter of Videogame Urbanism all over the world. Their work operates between the design of architectural interventions and virtual worlds, alongside developing critical theory that underpins their connection. They create and analyse virtual, interactive game spaces to provoke conversations about the physical world.
Sandra and Luke established and lead the Videogame Urbanism studio at the Bartlett School of Architecture, where they promote the use of game technologies in architectural education.
You+Pea work with cultural and educational institutions and industry clients, providing expertise in the relationship between architect. Clients and collaborators include: Architecture Fringe, Dezeen, Google, Global Design Forum, London Games Festival, Royal Institute of British Architects & Victoria & Alber Museum.
