Set up as a festival and conference, The Art Department focusses and celebrates the art and design process for film, animation and games.
As a volunteer for our fest, you get to enjoy a unique view behind-the-scenes alongside landing a hand to creating an incredible experience for our audience! Our festival & conference will once again feature internationally acclaimed artists, panels, sketching sessions, recruitment and portfolio reviews, exhibitions, art market, artist studios and many many more.

As a PLGR-volunteer you will be landing us a hand with tasks like:
- welcoming our guests and audience and being our most wonderful host
- keeping an eye and helping our audience explore our exhibition, market and installations
- assistance with ticketing
- putting your make-it-happen skills to test as an assistant producer
- being a runner or driver and ensuring everything runs smoothly
- making the magic happen a.k.a helping with the build-up / break- down
