Post Factory: Color Grading is a practical course for creators who want to delve deeper into colour grading. You’ll discover what a colourist does, what a professional grading workflow looks like, and how colour is used to create atmosphere, style and visual coherence.
An experienced colourist will guide you through colour theory, hardware, software and the various stages of the grading process. You will then get to work yourself. You’ll work with your own material or an existing film project and receive personalised guidance from the coach. By observing the work of other participants, you’ll also learn from different projects and creative choices.
After the workshop, you’ll continue working independently in the CineSud Studio. The program concludes with a group feedback session in which the coach reviews your work, provides feedback, and discusses how you can continue to develop as a colorist.
