As talent coordinator for documentary and fiction at NPO, Yassin brings years of experience in the audiovisual sector. Born and raised in Roosendaal, he has worked in roles ranging from impact producer to storyteller. At NPO, he oversees talent trajectories designed to help emerging filmmakers gain experience, create meaningful stories, and collaborate with public broadcasters.
Born and raised in Rotterdam, Nelly proudly embraces her Cape Verdean roots, which deeply influence her creative vision. As a filmmaker, presenter, and programme maker, she combines her multicultural upbringing and passion for storytelling to craft compelling content. Her first documentary, Liever Kroes (in collaboration with VPRO), was nominated for the Debut Competition at the Netherlands Film Festival 2022. Nelly was also a nominee for the Local Media Awards 2019 (Presentation Talent category). She will share her experiences with NPO talent trajectories and her journey as a filmmaker inspired by the power of storytelling.
