During the workshop you will be deep diving the world of animation production. Think: schedules, shot breakdowns and asset lists, among others. And don’t worry, if these notions don’t mean anything to you at the start of they day, you’ll get them under your thumb by the end of it!
In the morning you will start with understanding the key concepts and what they’re used for. In the afternoon you’ll put the theory to practice and apply the notions to your own project!
At the end of the workshop you can expect to leave with a concrete plan for your production and many useful tips about how to best carry it through.
Tünde Vollenbroek is an animation director and producer. She lives and breathes animation, with a keen eye for strategy and talent. And she is also a creator. She is currently working on several animated short films, a graphic novel and a feature film. Tünde was head of programming at the Kaboom Animation Festival in Amsterdam and a board member of the European Animation Awards. She has written for Cartoon Brew, the leading publication in the animation industry, and studied at the HKU and the European ASF Academy.
Tünde has produced and managed seven short animated films as well as commercial work that has been viewed more than 100 million times in total. She is best known for projects like I’m Perfectly Fine, Varken, De avonturen van Pim en Pom in het museum and Scrambled, among others.
