Karlijn Landman has been working in the creative industry since 2004. She’s currently freelancing as a creative producer, fundraiser, writer and advisor. Her areas of expertise include creative production and project management, strategy & policy, financing and fundraising, talent development, and copywriting. Recent clients include QISSA, Dutch Academy For Film, the Netherlands Film Fund, Cinekid Festival and Smarthouse.
Karlijn was also the creative producer of the audio documentary IEMANDS KIND (Orang Pun Anak), released in 2023. Before going freelance, Karlijn worked at New Amsterdam Film Company, the Netherlands Film Fund, NTR and the Dutch Media Fund, among others. She studied Film and Television Studies in Utrecht and wrote her thesis on music videos.

With a background in filmmaking, festival organisation and mobile cinema concepts, she brings a broad and intensive knowledge of the industry and a network ready to be shared with emerging makers.
