Joost and Erik usually serve as directors, creators and production supervisors of their studio.
They have been working together since Art Academy. They have also worked for one year in Ireland at Cartoon Saloon, before returning to the Netherlands in order to start their own company in 2007.
At first they tackled creating commercials, shorts and series. They successfully made series for Dutch television and theme-park the Efteling, they created their own international series The 3D-Machine for Nintendo and also ‘gave life’ to George and Paul – a stop-motion TV-series broadcasted internationally.
Their success prompted them to move towards longer formats as well. They worked on several feature length projects such as Pim & Pom Het Grote Avontuur, Heinz, Urbanus de Vuilnisheld and De Tand des Tijds, either as service studio, or as complete creative studio including direction.
Their more recent projects are the short films INKT and kunstSTUCK – Piece of Art, for which they handled both the direction and production.
