Envar is an outsource studio based out of Stockholm, Sweden. Their close-knit team of world-class artists has been the driving force behind the success of the biggest games and entertainment IP’s of this generation such as Valorant, Runeterra and League of Legends, among others. Envar Studio collaborates with major clients like Riot Games, Blizzard, and Tencent and are also developing
their own game, which is set to launch next year.
Joining us on the Silent Green stage is Envar’s CEO and Creative Director Atey Ghailan. He initially pursued law studies but later shifted his focus to art, teaching himself through practice and online resources. After working at Riot Games as a concept artist and illustrator for several years, he decided to establish my own studio, Envar Studio, which has grown to 160 members over the past four years. Throughout his career, he has worked on projects like League of Legends, Overwatch, Call of Duty, Fortnite, and Valorant.
Atey will share insights on what he believes will help aspiring and established artists succeed in today’s industry—what contributed to his artistic growth, the challenges he faced, his successes and failures, and the mindset required to never give up. Additionally, he will also talk about the journey of building his own studio and how Envar operates as a team.
