Silent green is directly accessible from Berlin Central Station via the busses 120 or 147. [Text Wrapping Break]If you prefer traveling by metro, you can get U5 and U6 to the Wedding station. If you are coming by car, here is a list of nearby parking places.

If you have purchased your ticket via an invoice or Discord, please contact ticketing@weareplaygrounds.nlin order to get your discount code.
The portfolio reviews are held throughout the festival, on both days. You can reserve a specific time slot on the day itself in our portfolio review area. Reviews have a maximum duration of 15 min, so be prepared! Make sure to have your portfolio (digital or printed) ready to go. Due to high demand, we only allow 1 review per person. Full = full.
A list of participating artists and studios will be shared a few days before the festival. Keep an eye on our social channels for updates!

After you’ve completed your purchase, you’ll receive an e-mail with your tickets. In this e-mail you’ll also find a link to your receipt.
Do you need a business invoice? Up on check-out you were kindly reminded to add your invoice details. If you selected the NO box for the business invoice, you already decided to skip this part and will not receive a business invoice.
Full pass and day tickets give you access to our main program at the Silent Green. This includes: program on all stages, portfolio reviews, expo, bookshop and meet & greets.
All program part of The Art Department Berlin require a valid ticket. However, you can invite your friends to join you for dinner in the MARS | Café & Bar or the Meadow even if they do not have a ticket.
We don’t refund tickets. We recommend to resell your ticket on our Discord. Please note the ticket is not connected to a name/person, we will not check the name at the entrance.
The name of the ticket holder won’t be checked at the entrance. So, you can easily give the ticket to someone else, as a gift for example!

Education tickets can only be transferred to someone who meets the education discount criteria (valid student/employee ID).

If the festival will not be sold out, you can purchase tickets on the spot but still via our website.
You can purchase food and drinks at the MARS | Café & Bar, Betonhalle Bar andthe Meadow (in the courtyard)
You can get a variety of dishes (vegan + vega options available as well). Please be aware that bringing food and drinks (with the exception of tap water) from outside of our venue is not allowed.
(for international guests) Tap water in the Germany is of good quality. Be eco-friendly, bring your own can and fill it up in one of the restrooms.

We have a free cloakroom in Eindhoven. Playgrounds cannot be accountable for loss of items or damage to items. Use is at your own risk;
