Next panel talk: Caspar Sonnen (IDFA DocLab) & Zuraida Buter on ‘curation/presenting your XR work’

Caspar Sonnen is head of IDFA Doclab and has been curating this section for more than 15 years with immersive non-fiction pieces and digital storytelling experiences. IDFA DocLab is a pivotal international festival in this immersive field where makers present their work but also network and find new collaborators. Caspar will talk with us about what is at stake when you work as a curator, what are presentation challenges when immersive works are selected, what is needed to make sure a curator knows your work etc.

Also present is Zuraida Buter,  an award-winning playful arts curator. She curates, initiates, consults and documents events focused on playful culture and games. Zuraida curates for events like Sickhouse / The Overkill, De Brakke Grond, IndieCade Europe and A MAZE. in Berlin
She was one of the initiators of the Dutch indie game showcase INDIGO.
