Max Peterse is an animator / illustrator and game director with experience in both the commercial and entertainment industry. He has a passion for creating stories with unique characters using different techniques. He is one half of the animation studio Lemon Bandit and director of the still very unknown game studio Goddas. His mission is to have as much fun with making things as possible and to not shy away from very ambitious (and weird) projects…

KATPATAT is a playful, fries with mayo loving, interactive studio/collective/snackbar based in Utrecht, the Netherlands. They produce quirky playable snacks. Their focus lies on the liminal relationship between the physical and digital world and the importance of play and curiosity. In their works they focus on perception, observation and play, most of the time with an absurd layer.
The works KATPATAT produces takes the form of games and interactive installation most of the time. But they are also not afraid to step into other media, such as making VJ performances with Spyro (PS1), shaders and other magical technologies or making concepts where adults prance through a valley on a stick-horse.

FYRNE Studios specialises in the visual development of game, animation, and illustration projects. They mainly focus on 2D animation, concept art, character design, and storyboarding. Their team met at St. Joost School of Art & Design and has been working together for a few years. After completing our studies, they enthusiastically continued our collaboration within the B’GAME incubator.

Sam Kempers is a self-taught artist from the Netherlands, specialising in illustration and concept art. His deep love for fantasy, video games, film, and animation is woven throughout his work.

From a young age, he has been passionate about drawing—ever since he first picked up a pen, he hasn’t stopped creating. Through both digital and traditional mediums, he continues to explore how to bring to life the worlds and characters that exist in his imagination. His art is deeply connected to storytelling and world-building, as he works to expand his ideas beyond individual pieces into fully realised universes.
