FILMHELPDESK #22: JASPER DE BRUIJN

Are you seeking guidance on film production, international collaborations, or navigating the film industry? The Filmhelpdesk is here to support your filmmaking journey, and for this edition, we’re excited to welcome producer Jasper de Bruijn of Omroep Brabant as our special guest.

Jasper graduated from the Utrecht School of the Arts, specialising in Audiovisual Media. Since then, he has built a diverse career in the film and television industry. Starting as a production assistant, he worked his way up to executive producer, gaining experience on a wide range of productions such as Mees Kees, Dummie de Mummie, Misfit 3, Meskina, and Voetbalmaffia. 

In addition to his on-set work, Jasper has also gained valuable experience undertaking roles such as floor manager, data handler, 2nd assistant camera and even worked in the audio department of broadcaster KRO-NCRV. With this broad skill set, Jasper rightfully carries the title of a multidisciplinary producer in the media industry. He is currently working for Omroep Brabant as one of the main executive producers.
