Pawl has been shaping the UK previs landscape since the very beginning, back when Harry Potter existed only in books. From supervising previs on The Sorcerer’s Stone alongside Rob Legato to collaborating with directors like Alfonso Cuarón, Sam Mendes, Guy Ritchie, Colin Trevorrow, Marc Forster, and Cary Joji Fukunaga, Pawl has been a driving force in pushing the boundaries of visualization in filmmaking. Today, he’s also Co-owner and Creative Director of Proof London.
Joining him on stage is Steven Hughes, Creative Technology Supervisor for both the LA and UK divisions of Proof Inc. With over a decade of experience across 20+ films and shows, including Oscar-winning 1917, Steven has led Proof’s innovations in virtual production, real-time rendering workflows, and advanced techvis toolsets.
