It all started 8 years ago when Radim Jurda was working on his graduation project at the University of Prague. He started sketching on a project which later would grow into the game Creaks, created under the wings of Amanita Design. Together with his colleague Jan Chlup he treats us on a look behind the scenes, showing early prototypes, sketches and oil paintings. How such a small team pulled off such a beautiful game? Amanita Design is a Czech indie game developer. The studio was founded in 2003 and is known for its emphasis on surreal worlds, light-hearted humour and hand-crafted appeal. The studio has created award-wininng games such as Machinarium and Botanicula.
